This week we travel to the coast with Gregory Peck and Robert Mitchum in 1962’s Cape Fear. Mitchum’s Max Cady is dangerous – for his predilections and his cunningness and Peck’s Sam Bowden is really very little match for him. The menace that Cady casts over the entirety of the film is palpable and you will be concerned for every girl and woman you see, with good reason.
